Return Policy

Due to the nature of our items and for sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. In the unlikely case that you do receive a damaged item we are happy to send you out a replacement. This will only occur within a 7 day notice period of purchase of the item and photo evidence of the damages.

All By the summar products are checked thoroughly before posted to maintain your items are in perfect condition. Once received to you, any damages or discretions made after 7 day notice period is your responsibility. 

Please note - By the summar glosses are individually handmade. Each pair may slightly differ, however this won't be significantly or drastically.
